Hanscom's Auto Skills Center offers customers a clean and spacious facility equipped with four
swing-arm lifts, one drive-on lift, a large selection
of tools and a general repair area. Our full-time mechanics can assist you with any automotive question, and can perform wheel alignments, radiator flushes, hydraulic pressing, turning brake drums/rotors, tire balancing and more (see below).

If your vehicle vibrates or your steering wheel shakes at highway speeds, bring it in to our shop for tire balancing. An out-of-balance tire will typically create a vibration that becomes progressively worse as your vehicle’s speed increases. With our May special, we'll balance all 4 tires for the price of 3, and will also inspect the steering & suspension components, tire condition and include a FREE tire rotation upon request.

We offer a recycling center for waste oil, antifreeze and automotive batteries. Ask us for all the details.

Take advantage of our on-base For Sale Lot so you can sell that vehicle collecting dust in your garage. It is accessible to customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without a salesman! Register your car for $10 a month
and display it in the lot located on Chennault Street (next to the Education Center, Bldg. 1728/behind the base gas station).

Is it time for your vehicle's state inspection? Bring it in to our shop for your MA state auto inspection sticker. Automobile and motorcycle inspections, as well as Checkpoint pre-insurance inspections, are performed weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

4' x 8' open-top utility trailers are available for rent for only $10 per day with a $50 refundable deposit.

We have a locked security compound to store cars and vehicle storage tents for motorcycles and other vehicles. Tent availability is limited; call for current pricing.

Our on-base Touch-free Car Wash is located across the street from the Base Post Office. We also offer a 24-hour manual bay if you'd prefer to wash and vacuum your vehicle yourself.
